How Bundlepathgrid handles contact details and limited website information under South African privacy requirements.

Responsible party and information collected
Bundlepathgrid, at Level 8, 76 Somerset Road, Green Point, Cape Town 8005, is the responsible party for personal information described here. The enquiry form may collect your name, email address, service interest, audit period and message. Basic server logs may record IP address, browser and requested pages for security and operation.
Do not place applicant names, identity numbers, financial account details or confidential licence documents in the public form. Engagement-file handling is agreed separately before records are received.
Purpose and lawful handling
We use enquiry information to answer you, assess whether we can accept work, prepare a requested proposal, keep necessary business correspondence and protect the website. Handling is based on your request, legitimate business administration, legal obligations and, where required, consent.
Sharing and international transfers
Information is available only to people and service providers who need it for hosting, email, professional advice or secure administration. Providers must protect it and may not use it for unrelated purposes. If hosting or email processing places information outside South Africa, we use contractual and technical safeguards intended to provide comparable protection. We do not sell personal information.
Retention and security
Unsuccessful general enquiries are normally deleted or anonymised after 24 months; tax, contract and professional records may be kept longer where law or a defensible claim requires it. We use access controls, limited collection and secure working practices, but no internet transmission is risk-free.
Your rights
Subject to the Protection of Personal Information Act and applicable exceptions, you may ask whether we hold your information, request access or correction, object to certain processing, withdraw consent, or request deletion where retention is not required.
