Website and engagement terms

Terms governing use of this website and the relationship between general site information and a signed audit engagement.

Effective 15 August 2026

Acceptance and scope

By using this website, you agree to these terms. Site material describes Bundlepathgrid’s independent records-audit services in general. It is not legal advice, an audit opinion, a promise to accept an engagement or a substitute for terms in a signed engagement letter.

Enquiries and appointments

Sending an enquiry creates no practitioner-client relationship. Work begins only after conflict checks, scope, fee, responsibilities, confidentiality and report use are agreed in writing. You confirm that you are authorised to provide records and instructions relevant to an engagement.

Intellectual property

Bundlepathgrid owns the site’s original text, design and brand elements. You may print pages for internal evaluation of our services, but may not republish, sell, remove attribution from or create misleading versions of the material. Client ownership and permitted use of engagement deliverables are governed by the relevant engagement letter.

Accuracy and availability

We take reasonable care with site content but do not warrant that every page is current, complete or suitable for a particular decision. External image and link availability can change. We may alter or withdraw pages without notice.

Liability

To the extent permitted by South African law, Bundlepathgrid is not liable for loss arising solely from reliance on general website content or temporary site unavailability. Nothing excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded. Liability for professional services is addressed separately in the signed engagement terms.

Acceptable use

Do not attempt unauthorised access, introduce malicious code, interfere with operation, impersonate another person or submit applicant identity numbers and confidential case files through the public form.

Governing law

These website terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa. Courts with jurisdiction in the Western Cape will hear disputes, subject to any mandatory consumer rights or agreed dispute process.
